The project is part of St. Hubert’s larger social justice curriculum. The students partnered with People Reaching Out to Other People to better understand food costs and how providing food for a family impacts people with no or limited incomes. The students had to earn the money themselves outside of school and try to stretch their $10 to $20 budget by finding coupons.
