"We're part of something bigger than us," said Bill Dill, youth ministry events coordinator for the archdiocese, after the Mass. "That's the beauty of what we're doing." About 275 people were signed up to make the trip, which was organized by the archdiocesan Office for Marriage, Family and Life. During the send-off blessing, Bishop Lee Piché told the group, "This is a beautiful thing you're doing that will give you much joy."
