Following Mass with Auxiliary Bishop Andrew Cozzens, parishioners of St. Peter in Forest Lake attended a groundbreaking ceremony June 5 for additions to the parish church and school, as well as a renovation and re-purposing of existing space.
Additions include a gathering space, classrooms and meeting rooms, and additional parking spaces. A parish capital campaign raised more than $2.8 million.
Construction was to begin June 9.
