Find out how faith should influence political decisions

Capitol Dome“Catholics in the Public Square”  will explore the responsibilities of Catholics in political life and how to vote your conscience when no candidate expresses Catholic views.

Sponsored by the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis and the Office of Marriage, Family and Life, the conference will begin with 8 a.m. Mass Saturday, Nov. 5, at Our Lady of Grace, 5071 Eden Ave., Edina.

Registration and continental breakfast begins at 8:30 a.m., and the conference is set for 9 a.m. to noon.

Keynote speakers will include: Anthony Picarello Jr., counsel for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops; Jason Adkins, executive director of the Minnesota Catholic Conference; and Angela Pfister, assistant director of the Notre Dame Center for Ethics and Culture.

Admission to the conference is free, but seating is limited, so reservations are required.
