Archbishop Bernard Hebda has announced the following appointments in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis:
Effective November 8, 2019
Reverend John Mitchell, appointed temporary parochial administrator of the Church of the Sacred Heart in Saint Paul, while the pastor, Reverend Timothy Norris, is on a leave of absence. This is in addition to his current assignment as pastor of the Church of Saint Pascal Baylon in Saint Paul.
Effective December 1, 2019
Deacon Thomas Winninger, assigned to exercise the ministry of a permanent deacon at the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin in Bloomington. This is a transfer from his parish assignment to the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes in Minneapolis. Deacon Winninger will continue in his assignment as Chaplain to the Minnesota Catholic Conference.
