Donald Trump’s win of the presidency and the Republicans gaining a majority in Congress stunned the U.S. in a historic Nov. 8 election.

In Minnesota, Republicans grabbed a majority from the Democrats in both the state House and Senate.

None of it alters the mission for Catholics in politics according to Minnesota Catholic Conference Director Jason Adkins. A St. Paul-based organization, the MCC works to further the common good in public policy for Minnesota and beyond.
