ALL SAINTS DAY: Students at All Saints Catholic School in Lakeville celebrated All Saints Day Nov. 1. Following a school Mass, students in grades K-8 knelt as an adoration procession passed by each of the classrooms. Led by Father Jonathan Kelly, assistant priest at All Saints, the second-grade students who will receive their first Communion this school year participated in the procession followed by teachers and Principal Karen Meskill. RAKE-A-THON: Students from Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School in Mound raked the yards of local residents and senior citizens in the communities surrounding Lake Minnetonka Oct. 25. This year’s Rake-A-Thon, an annual school fundraiser, raised $25,000. Students got pledges from friends, family, and neighbors, to rake yards for those who need assistance doing this fall task.
