Surrogacy is legal in Minnesota, but unregulated. The Catholic Conference opposes requiring that women considering being a surrogate have a mental and physical exam and be afforded legal counsel to assure they are not being coerced. In other words, the Catholic Conference supports the status quo, of women being at risk. But it hid sexual predators that preyed on children. Who really supports protecting children? Not the Catholic Conference!

    Make babies, kill babies.
